Montreal, March 17, 2020 – At Multotec Canada, we are taking this crisis very seriously. We are doing everything in our power to follow government recommendations while remaining available to assist you. We have made some adjustments to our usual practices, using all of the technological tools at our disposal, and are making sure we work responsibly and efficiently.
Firstly, please take note that all our office staff is telecommuting in order to comply with public health recommendations. They remain available to help you by phone, email, or videoconferencing technologies such as Skype.
Only our plant personnel is remaining on-site. They are working hard to keep things runing smoothly and ensure your customized solutions are being produced so that they can be delivered in a timely manner. Rest assured that we are observing all sanitary recommendations and practices.
We are further doing our part by limiting interactions. To that end, all planned plant visits by our advisors have been suspended until further notice.
We are fully aware that these circumstances are bringing new challenges to your operations, so we remain available to you and your plant employees if you need any technical support.
